We’re more interested in your participation than in your money, but your donations do help us offer more scholarships and help us bring in presenters we couldn’t otherwise afford. We work hard to keep conferences and workshops affordable while still bringing in quality presenters. Conferences cost more to put on than our attendee fees cover.
We welcome donations from churches, businesses, and individuals.
Currently our finances are being handled as a courtesy by Hunger Mountain Christian Assembly. (Hunger Mountain doesn’t claim a portion of these donations but just passes them on to us.) Make a check out to Hunger Mountain Christian Assembly, and put "VCCA, Donation" in the memo or attached note.

Other Ways You Can Participate
Promote the conference at your church. People know about us chiefly through word of mouth. Having churches recognize the importance of the arts and how they can touch the whole person, and then promoting the conference helps us serve the artists among you.
Offer to host a workshop. Our goal is to make our stand-alone workshops available throughout the state. Having places to meet in different areas helps us serve more communities.
